today was a great day! even tho my tuition kid pangseh-ed me at the very very last min! RAH!
anyway.. i went to visit pauline tgt with jasmine and ernah today! met gid, joce and jenn there too! i’m so glad that pauline’s operation was a success! thank God! but now, we really have to wait and see if the body accepts/rejects the cornea… so everyone out there, plse pray for her! plse pray that the body WILL NOT reject the cornea k! thank you so much! (:
i felt so happy to be able to see pauline today tho her left eye was covered with a transparent covering. really had a good time just being with her and the rest in the hospital! (:
dear God, plse heal pauline in the name of Jesus. amen! 
after which, i was alr on the bus for tuition when my kid called me to say that she cant have tuition today. this aint her first time pangseh-ing me like this alr. rah.
so anyway, i alighted and headed down to partyworld at orchard to meet my beloved SHOGUN (my og) members!
we gave amy a very surprised birthday party! and we gave out the plates that we designed to our seniors today as well! yayy!! we sang and sang and got a bit high. haha. but a bit high is good enough. too high is no good. heehee.
after which, we headed down to cine foodcourt to chit chat! had a lot of fun laughing away. and before we knew it, it was late and time to head home! but we didnt leave juz yet! instead, we started cam whoring and taking alot alot of photos with each other! it was like as tho that was the last time we’ll see each other! haha.

so by the time all the photo taking ended, it was close to 12midnight! haha. we headed down to the somerset mrt station and that was when the whole YDK thingy started again! gosh! haha. the moment i told angeline and my new found ah gong (kevin!) my story of YDK, EVERYONE turned around to listen tho they have listened to it before alr! goodness! so YDK entertained us until i got off the train at dhoby ghaut. haha. oh wells. i really didnt expect the whole thing to blow up until the WHOLE OG (including seniors) noe! gosh! i feel so bad! =S
took nel tgt with amy and jiamin! had a good talk with them! i’m so blessed to have such nice seniors! hee.
and as i was walking home from the mrt station, i really thank God for such a wonderful og! honestly, i think shogun is a really different og from all the other orientations that i’ve been to! i mean, usually after orientation, not many pple will still meet up for outings. at least that was for my case with my other previous ogs. but today, i was really surprised by the number of pple who turned up! a total of 18 pple altgt! that’s like WOAH! really hope every subsequent outing that we have in future will be like this too! (:
and so many pple say that we’re the BEST og! i so totally agree! i mean.. i still rmb when i was hesitating and even apprehensive to go for the bizad camp. coz i didnt go for the pre-camp briefing so as result, i really didnt noe anyone in the og! but thank God that everything worked out well during the camp!
i bonded well with my og mates and i love my seniors and ogls too! when i tot i will feel out of place in the group, shogun made me feel so welcomed! thanks guys! i’m so delighted to be in this og! SHOGUN ROCKS!
and thru this camp, i’ve really made quite a number of good frens! thank God! i’m really excited to start uni! YAYY! but first and foremost, i wanna go for rag camp! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!

DAY ONE
on our arrival, we went to this restaurant for lunch at surabaya!

DAY THREE

i love our team! it was really great having their company throughout the trip! and of course, not forgetting our hosts yuli, windra, andry, keke, pastor roy and hendra! the played a big part in the trip too! without them, the trip wouldnt have been so memorable and fun either! hee. i want to go back to malang again!

DAY FOUR
a short time of shopping in the late morning with keke as our ‘tour guide’! hee. first stop, the BESTEST pia store that i’ve ever tasted! yummy yummy yummy i’ve got love in my tummy, and i feel like loving you! haha.
we could smell the delicious pia even before we entered the store! keke bought a small packet for us to try and oh my! it was so nice all of us bought so many pia like as tho there was no tmr! haha. =p
next stop (which was oso our last stop), the shopping mall!

i conducted a mini children church svc there! i was totally caught off guard becoz i was suppose to share my testimony for svc but we didnt expect to see so many kids at the meeting! in the end, with the help of patrick and andry, we successfully led a short children church svc even tho there were times we didnt noe what to do. haha. but THANK GOD!
most of the kids there are ophans. and the kids are really cute! i shared a short msg on God’s love and i prayed for them with andry intepreting for me! (: as i prayed, i felt the presence and love of God in the place! i was so touched, i started tearing as i prayed for them. (:

DAY FIVE

i enjoyed myself thoroughly during the missions trip! honestly, it felt like a holiday! oops. hee.
i still rmb when i was signing up for missions, i was still deciding betwn surabaya and malang. with much hesitation and uncertainty, i signed up for missions trip to malang. i went for the trip alone without knowing anyone there or on my team.
but now, all i can say is that it was a great trip and i’ve learnt alot! my capacity was stretched and tested and i thank God for that! thank God for a great team and great hosts! thank You Jesus!
I LOVE MALANG! I LOVE THE PPLE THERE! I LOVE JANICE, ZHENGHAO AND PATRICK! u guys are a wonderful team! I LOVE YULI, WINDRA, ANDRY AND KEKE TOO! all of u are such wonderful and frenly hosts! u guys made me feel so at home! hee.
i’ll definitely want to go back to malang again!
yayy!! i collected silly fatfat from fenky ytd! and her cage was super stink la! 2 weeks never clean alr! hee.
so anyway.. i cleaned and scrubbed her cage using some nice nice soap and yayy!! her cage smells so nice now! fatfat’s running on the wheel! she needs to exercise anyway! and so does her owner! hee.
i love silly fatfat! i think she shld juz remain fat if not i wont have a name to call her any more! i cant possibly call her silly thinthin or silly skinnyskinny! so not nice! haha. so silly fatfat is still the nicest! but i heard hamsters can die of heart attack! isit true? haha. oh wells.
and i need to generate more income! dear God, i pray for a breakthru in my finances… thank Lord.. in Jesus name, Amen.
met up with some of my og members today! didnt laugh as much tho coz we had work to do! haha. =P rushed off to meet my dearest team members (congyan, zoe and wangzi)! cong yan is super funny! haha. he’s the entertainer in the cell group! hee. well, it was definitely a good time of fellowship! thank You Jesus… (:
it was a wonderful svc on both sat and sunday! tho i was really tired from my bizad camp.. but thank God for His strength! and thank God for zoe too when she nudged me real hard when i almost fell asleep! hee.

nice song isnt it? hee. very nice and meaningful song. when i sang that song, the presence of God touched me and i started tearing. esp when we sang the line ‘You search my heart O Lord, You know my every thought, an open book to You, i placed my all in Your hands…’ at such a time when im caught in btwn, not noeing what decision to make, i told God “You noe the desires of my heart.. You noe my every thought… O God, i lift them all into Your hands..” i dunno how to say it.. but yea, everything is in the hands of God.. i do not need to worry.. i do not need to fear! (:
and i like the line that says ‘Abba Father, never let me go..’ sometimes.. we feel so guilty for the thing that we have done.. for all the mistakes that we have made.. but if we come before God with brokeness and repent genuinely.. our Abba Father will NEVER let us go.. as long as we cling on to God and never let Him go. sometimes we think that it was God who has let go of us, but many times, we fail to realise that it was not God who let go, but us who let go of God.. run back to God my dear frens if u have let God go… (:
as for sunday svc, during the preaching of the word, i felt that God was speaking to me… pst said “rmb the time when u first accepted God into ur life? when there was such a conviction in you when u accepted Him saying that u wanted a change in ur life? i teared in the presence of God.. God brought me back to my first love… to the very scenerio when i was there singing the song Holy.. “move in me, change my life…” and then when i look back now, how much change has there been in my life? where is that conviction to change even more? i told God that yes.. a pure heart is all that i long for… i thank God for my first love… i thank God that my first love for Him is still going on strong… i thank God that my heart has not hardened up towards Him and i pray that it will NEVER…

yayy! i’m back from my missions trip in malang!
it was a really very fruitful trip! i learnt alot and i’ve definitely done many things that i’ll not get to do so in spore! hee. (:
i preached 2 sermons and shared 2 offering msgs! i laid hands and prayed for pple too! WHEE!!!! for those who want to noe more, ask me! i’ll be more than willing to share with u abt my first missions trip experience! or maybe i’ll blog abt my missions trip tonight or sth. got so much to do now!
anyway.. the hosts there are really very nice, warm and frenly pple! thanks andry, windra, yuli and keke!
thanks janice, patrick and zhenghao for a memorable missions trip! i definitely enjoyed my time with u guys! hope to see all of u ard in church too!
really she bu de to leave ytd! but we’ll keep in contact! i’ll definitely go back to malang again if possible! and i wanna attend yuli’s wedding! hee.
