i really really had such a fairytale-like dream ytd!!! of my fav yan jing tang tang!! oh man!! i was so happy!! i almost couldnt believe wat i dreamt of!! this morning when i woke up, i just sat on my bed. STUNNED at wat i dreamt of! haha. how i wish that dream would come true ah! hehe. =PpP
anyway, i went to AMK hub for dinner today with my family. as i sat at the food court, amidst all the talking and noise, suddenly, i started taking notice of the cleaners who had to work on the 2nd day of CNY. i realised that there were quite a few chinese elderly who were working. i started feeling sorry for them. i couldnt help but to wish one of the cleaners, who came over to our table to clean the place, xing nian kuai le.
that was when my dad started toking to the cleaner. she’s around 73 yrs old and she has to work 5 hrs for 6 days a week. and guess how much she earns? $400/month only! gosh! i really wanted to give that old lady a hug! she is such a cheerful and talkative lady! she enjoys her work and treats it as a form of exercise for herself!
at that point of time, i felt that i’ve learnt so much from that old lady. (:
